Returns If you need to return any limited edition full priced item please email n8byrams@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization number (RA#). To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We require a 10% restocking fee. Once the return is received, in the same condition, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment for the amount less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%. We will not accept returns without an RA# or after the 7 day period. There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise Custom Orders For custom orders we require a non refundable 50% deposit. There are no returns or exchanges as we hand make our custom pieces to specific requests. Any altered merchandise is non refundable.
